They didn't have much course development experience beyond slides and text and you did a great job walking them through the process of determining objectives, building a design and then leveraging them for development. I think they left with a greater appreciation for the process and the end product is more interactive and robust. They, along with myself and _____ are impressed with the end product. This project presented many challenges including working with two distinct entities (RSM US and the Global Executive Office), a personnel shake up resulting in the loss of a SME and technical reviewer and a new individual entering the process because of it. Yet, you continued to do a great job while adapting to the changing circumstances. You even altered your approach when necessary working with _____. Thank you for all of your hard work on the development of the Audit 300 course! It was a pleasure working with you on this project the last few months, and it was a lot of fun teaching three sections of the course and seeing our vision come to fruition. While we couldn't do everything we wanted due to time and technology constraints, I think the entire development team made great contributions to the learning experience for our new senior associates. Thank you for teaching me a few things about development, and I hope you learned a thing or two about auditing from me! I hope we can continue to work together on projects in the future.

Sheldon and Emmanuelle did such a tremendous job being in Fort Lauderdale during the ALGC meeting to shoot video for 200 levels redesign element. Not only were they excellent and diligent in their preparation and execution of the actual footage gathering, they were also exceptional in how they interacted with senior audit leadership. I was very impressed. I also appreciated observing how much knowledge sharing took place b/w Sheldon, _____, and myself. We each have different expertise, but both Sheldon and _____ were very patient and kind in how they shared their knowledge with the working group.
